Tuition-Free Healthcare Training Programs (Medical Assistant & Surgical Technician) This Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Job Skills Center (“School,” “Program,” “Institution”) and the enrolling student (“Student”). By enrolling in the Tuition-Free Medical Assistant Program or Tuition-Free Surgical Technician Program, the Student acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. PROGRAM TYPE & TUITION The Student understands and agrees that: The Medical Assistant and Surgical Technician programs are TUITION-FREE. Tuition is fully covered by the institution. The Student is responsible for paying a NON-REFUNDABLE administrative and registration fee: Medical Assistant Program: $99 Surgical Technician Program: $199 These fees cover enrollment processing, system access, student records, administrative costs, and educational platform access. 2. NO REFUND POLICY (IMPORTANT) ALL administrative and registration fees are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. The Student acknowledges and agrees that: Once payment is submitted, NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: Withdrawal from the program Failure to complete coursework Failure to meet academic requirements Personal, financial, medical, or scheduling conflicts Ineligibility for externships or certification exams Dissatisfaction with the program Failure to log in or participate By enrolling, the Student waives all rights to chargebacks, disputes, or refund claims. 3. PROGRAM FORMAT & DELIVERY The Student understands that: Programs are 100% online Programs are self-paced No on-campus instruction is included Internet access and a compatible device are required 4. ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS To successfully complete the program, the Student must: Complete all required coursework Earn a minimum score of 70% or higher Adhere to academic integrity standards Complete coursework within the designated program timeframe Failure to meet these requirements may result in non-completion without refund. 5. CLOCK HOURS & COMPLETION TIME The Student acknowledges: Medical Assistant Program: 100 clock hours, typical completion 2–3 months Surgical Technician Program: 700 clock hours, typical completion 3–4 months Completion time may vary based on student pace and participation 6. CERTIFICATE, EXTERNSHIPS & CERTIFICATION The Student understands that: Upon successful completion, a Certificate of Completion is issued Externship opportunities are not guaranteed and may vary by location Eligibility to sit for national certification exams depends on external organizations and state requirements The program does NOT guarantee employment, licensure, externship placement, or certification approval 7. OPTIONAL SERVICES The Student understands that: Hands-on skills training, externships, bootcamps, or additional services may be offered separately These services are optional and may require additional fees Participation in optional services does not affect tuition-free status 8. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY The Student agrees to: Review all program materials and policies before enrolling Maintain updated contact information Act professionally and ethically Take full responsibility for their education and participation 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Student agrees that Job Skills Center: Is not responsible for student employment outcomes Is not responsible for third-party certification decisions Is not liable for personal losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages 10. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT By enrolling and submitting payment, the Student confirms that they: Have read and understood this Agreement Agree to all terms and conditions Understand the NO REFUND POLICY Accept full responsibility for their enrollment decision
